    Hi All,

By any chance, does any of you use a ASUS DSL-AC55U modem for Eir Fibre, or any other 3rd party router?

I am hoping someone can supply me the correct settings please? I am unsure if I should set to auto or PPPOE. I have tried both on the above modem, the DSL light will stay stable but the connection will drop after 10 - 20 mins. I am thinking its a setting I am missing somewhere.

    Appreciate the help,
    Thanks.

Use Auto, unless you have a static address purchased from Eir
Go into IPTV and set the VLAN ID to 10
Kevin.m found Vectoring to be OFF by default, you'll need to go in and enable that then reboot.

If problems persist then post the log messages here.
