I was recently awarded my Long term illness book By HSE Before applying for this i had being paying 25 euro a month government charges for all my medications The HSE told me to write a letter of explanation that i wasnt aware of being entitle to the book and also send back a copy of all the receipts from my Chemist going…

I was recently awarded my Long term illness book By HSE Before applying for this i had being paying 25 euro a month government charges for all my medications The HSE told me to write a letter of explanation that i wasnt aware of being entitle to the book and also send back a copy of all the receipts from my Chemist going back 4+ years for refunds of Medications payments i sent them to the address in Finglas but was told over the phone that i wasnt entitle to any refund as i should have been aware of the Book basically
Any advise on same as adding up its a lot of money to forget about Reimbursing me my money
