Hi We recently moved house and are trying to get a phone and broadband line connected. I am presently on hold with Eir Customer Care (!) for 1 hour 55 minutes. What Can I do? Thanks Toby

Hi Toby,

Sorry to hear about the hold times while getting through to an agent. I'd recommend ringing our sales team directly on 1800503303, going online to www.eir.ie or popping into an eir store and you'll be able to get an order placed.
