    Hi  I topped up mobile phone with last night but when I check the balance it shows as 0.00 even though text was received about top up.  Also number was previously on meteor plan simplicity data which was €10 for top up.  This used to activate the plan.  This doesn't appear to be available now when I check.  Can you tell me what I have to do to activate this plan again.
