Refund query

    Hi,

    I've paid all of my bills apart from the last one when it became apparent that bills were being stopped.
    My account shows all paid and one partially paid.
    Will I still get a full refund on what I've paid to date or penalised because I've one partially not paid

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The amount you paid to Irish Water in Domestic Billing charges will be refunded to you and will be sent by cheque to your property.

    If you have changed address, we recommend you update your correspondence details using your MyWater account.

    Alternatively, you can contact us on 1850 448 448 between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
