Refunds - Payments for property I don't live in anymore

I lived and registered a rented property from January 2015 to April 2015. According to my notes, I made payments to Irish Water in that time.
I moved to property B in April 2015 and made payments to Irish Water for that property since then and stopped making payments for property A.

I can't check myself any longer the amount of payments I made for property A. I'm running on my personal notes here only, that I made payments.

Since I'm not living at property A anymore, how will I receive the refund for that?
