    Hi,

Can anyone recommend a decent physio in the Limerick area for sports injuries? Preferably a specialist in dodgy knees gotten from too much cycling & hill walking.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

What sort of money are you looking at for a session with a physio?

I honestly haven't a clue. I'm big into injury prevention so have never sustained any significant injury and have lots of friends and family who are phyiso's so have never paid for a session in my life! I know a lot of the athletes I would know in Limerick go to Optima s that's why I would recommend them.

    Maybe €90 for a session? I really don't know.

Anybody ever use Tom Cregan (Anacotty area) ?

I'm looking for a decent sports massage to loosen out my back
