Hi, I have been through the big HTB thread, and also general search results, but it does not cover my query. If anyone could shed some light on it, I would be much obliged.

My question is:
(All other criteria being meet) Can I make a HTB claim if the contractor was not on the "qualifying contractor" list at the time of sale, but registers to that list subsequently?
