easons online e voucher problem

hi, I am trying to buy a book on easons site, it is 14 euro, i have a 10 euro e voucher, but i cant seem to use it as it says my voucher is not sufficient to buy the book, all i want to do is part pay for the book with the voucher, i have done this before but now it does not seem like an option.
