    I'm a bit confused on a few things....

    I received message when i logged in to BOL this morning thet we have 5 days to set up keycode. It didn't say from when.

    We have 2 administrators(business owners) and 1 office user.
    Do both admins have to download the app? What if they are on the one apple account?

    Does the office user need the app? She only has personal phone.

    Does the office user need to access the app every time she logs on on her PC and every time she authorises payments?

    The countdown message you received to register for Keycode will be counting down from the day you receive that countdown message.
    Each admin and user will need Keycode downloaded on their mobile as it is user specific. They will need it to log in and to authorise payments.
