Assistance cancelling reoccurring payments

    Hi guys,

    Quick question, I paid for an online payment that I was told would be a once off payment but it looks like i am going to be charged on a monthly basis for it.

    Can anyone advise how I can cancel this?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    This sounds like a continuous authority payment and you can request for this to be cancelled by sending a message through the Ask a Question option on 365 Online Service Desk. Please advise the company's name and the transaction in question in your message and an advisor will get back to you to confirm that this is cancelled.
