VPN quick question

    I can't seem to find a clear answer to this online :
    I would like to get a VPN that would be used occasionally to watch French content, and maybe US Netflix or such the rest of the time. I can't make out if it's a bit of hassle to switch, or if it's an easy procedure.
    Ie if I have to reenter registration details or address every time I want to switch, it's too much hassle for me :)
    I have no problem paying yearly for an easy to use, hassle free VPN, and any recommendation for a very user friendly, flexible system will be very welcome (never used one).
