Living in Australia on working holiday visa but working remotely for Irish company

Hey, I search the forum and didn't see this exact combo of scenarios so...

I have got a working holiday visa for Australia, I gave notice at my Irish employer but they offered indefinite remote work for me at my same salary, tax and into my Irish bank account.

I don't know if I have to pay tax in Ireland, Australia or both. The plan is to go for about a year, maybe less if things don't work out.

Is anyone else familiar with this kind of thing? Thanks in advance
