I'm interested in the a judgement from the supreme court, the last update on the case on courts.ie is that the appeal was accepted by the Supreme Court but that's 18 months ago.

What sort of waiting times or how long approximately should someone expect to be waiting on a judgement from the Supreme Court these days, does anyone know?

The case hasn't even been heard yet. They have just decided to accept. A lot depends on the parties in moving things to a hearing.

The Supreme Court is working off written submissions these days.

There is always an oral presentation.

You are correct. Apologies. Misread it and thought it was about granting leave.

So you reckon at 18 months passed it could be that the parties are not ready ?
