For air gun cleaning of filters , parts and quick inflation of tyres without using a cars 12v system, what small moderately priced air compressors would ye recommend?

    ANy links would be appreciated

The one in the post above is €300. Wait a little while and you'll get something similar in Lidl or Aldi for €100-150

I have a Lidl one about 6 years now, its done a lot of work and was used by my son for spray painting for a bit till he got his own compressor. Hence I can recommend.

One thing also worth considering is where you will put the compressor. I have it out of the way at the back of the garage and bought one of the extension air lines that Lidl also sell and run it from the back of the garage to the front. I can now easily use the air line at the front of the garage for stuff outside on the drive like pumping up tyres and also in the garage without having to move anything around.

Might be a while think they have them in about every 6 months. Last time was about a month ago.
