gearbest delivery?

Hi all I've bought a new fone off gearbest on the 14/10/17 it still says it's processing the order ..... I've never bought of them before an the fone cost 150 euro have any of ye dealt with them and how long does a delivery usually take thanks in advance lab man

Give it at least a month. They won't even consider it late until more than 25 working days after despatch
