Had paving done by limerick contractor end Aug front and rear of house I now notice dye from bricks seems to be coming off and lodging on top of other bricks it's fairly extensive
Anybody know what's causing this to happen?

Ask the contractor, and get him to put it right if the problem is with the quality of the materials.

Any chance of a photo? Brickwork needs chemical treatment to prevent lime seeping out and discolouring but paving shouldn't have the colouring 'wash' off.
Cheap materials used by the sound of it but until we can see it...
