I have been going to a pharmacy for the past 5 years as a medical card patient.

My question is would it be possible for them to provide me with a detailed list of every medication I have taking since becoming their patient ?

A pharmacy is legally required to keep two years of prescription records. Some will have computer records going back further than 2 years.
They might be able to provide 5 years of records. There might be a small charge.
