I can’t find it online and the phone line is closed but can any one confirm the notice period for savings certs held with An Post. I have a recolllection if it being 10 days with penalty but wonder could i cash it in with penalty if I was to attend the GPO for example?

The application for repayment form on the An Post website says

. Repayments are subject to 7 working days notice from the date of receipt
