Hi Guys,

Just wondering if there is a reason you can't be kept logged in when you sign up with google? Is this a bug?

Hi Stephen,

When logging in via social media the login is only valid for the duration of that session, so you will be logged out roughly 25 minutes after your last activity. If you want to remain logged in for a longer period you can login using your email and password combination.

Thanks for that, but unless I'm missing something, you can't sign in with those details when you create an account with google.

I'll need to go and double check for you but I think you can. Might have mislead you in my last post by saying email/password combination when it should be username/password

Cheers, but username and password doesn't work either.

Just to update, I fixed this by clicking forgot password and resetting it from there. I can now login by username and password.
