    Good price alright. I was looking at this model on Amazon for about £170. Wrist strap colour is a bit off putting.

    Do ye know if the Forerunner 25 has a HRM built in?

    SportsDirect seems to say so, but Amazon says you need a strap.

    As far as I was aware, the only Garmin Forerunner that had a built-in hrm was the 235.

    Straps ain't all the expensive ... you'd get one for a tenner on ebay

    It definitely mentions the HRM, and doesn't show the chest strap like in the OP.

    If you check the Garmin site, you can see the 235 has the heart rate monitor built into the watch, whereas the 25 just has the capability to access the info using ANT (strap)
