    You might want to revise your choices - things like decking / property in Bulgaria are not in demand by the Celtic Tiger Rebooted generation.

    The actual 'celtic tiger' was the construction boom in the 1990's using EU money to initiate a much needed change in infrastructure coupled with US multinationals setting up shop to save on domestic taxes attracted with ridiculously low corporation taxes.

    What happened after the dot com crash and the early 00's recession was that there was a lowering of euro zone credit interest rates which lead to people borrowing money and spending it to pretend they were rich and that same credit boom from the early 00's fueled a property bubble which destroyed any progress made from that actual tiger economy and bankrupted the country.

    But anyway, we all partied.
