EPH Control Panel Problem

    Hi all,
I have a 3 zone EPH control panel fitted in my house for the last 4 years and everything was working fine up to a few weeks ago. The problems first started with the heat not coming on when it was programed to, the controller seemed to lose it's program. We 'd reprogram it again, all would be ok for a few days and the same thing would happen again. It has now moved on to where the display is flashing and very dim. It also seems to have a mind of it's own, came in today no heat downstairs but upstairs was like a sauna, so the heat must have been on all day.
My thoughts on it is there is a problem with the board on the panel. Just throwing it out there if anyone has had a similar problem with these controllers and if you have any thoughts, tks.

Take it off the wall, no wiring necessary, loosen 2 small screws underneath, and bring it back to hardware. Those clicks have a 5 year warranty. Be carfeful if the exposed terminals on the wall cause some of them are live

turn the isolator for the boiler off at the wall. this should kill power to the controller too. Then there is no risk for removal. After removing the two screws underneath lift the controller off the back plate.

If you dont know where it was bought you may have to send it back to EPH for warranty. Of course if you contact them you may be able to purchase a new one pending warranty assessment or something like that

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately they were installed longer then I first thought and are out of warranty, I was on to EPH and they confirmed this. The model I have is the T37 which is now discontinued, my wireless stats are also now redundant as a result. Has anyone experienced this fault with these controllers.
I now need to look at a replacement, can anyone recommend a good controller with wireless stats.

Is there a reset button on it by any chance? Or
a battery that needs to be changed? Sometimes just
Killing the power could reset. Try these may save you buying a new ome.

I think the R37 is compatable with the T37. But confirm this with them. Heatmerchants are offering an excellent upgrade package for the EPH including new clock, stats and ember. This allows u control it from your phone

Dtp1979 thanks for the reply, do you know roughly how much this would cost and I'm not sure what the ember is?
