It was on over the past weekend in Gormanston Park, did anyone here take part? It was great! Some serious Taekwondo on show!

Its a great venue for competitors and organisers as regards the floor space but not ideal for spectators. With spectators restricted to upstairs, the viewing space is limited plus I noticed one person with a walking stick and parents with buggies looking for the lift (I dont think there is one), plus no signs on the changing rooms at one side designating male or female?

Yes, some very good sparring and patterns.
