Fixed Term Contact Expired - still working

    Hi,

    I have been on a fixed term contract the last three years with my employer and was due a meeting before the end of this month(October) to discuss the future.

    Except I had my dates mixed up and my contract expired at the end of last month! So currently I am working outside of my contract!

    My employer has yet to mention anything about a meeting even though I reminded them last week.

    Has anybody got advice on what I should do? What would be the legal situation related to this month's employment?
