I know this isn't about buying a car but there doesn't seem to be an appropriate board on Motoring & Transport to post.

    Has anybody used https://www.cartakeback.ie

What were your experiences with them in particular

    a) your quote
    b) car collection
    c) payment

Just did a few dummy quotes on current and previous cars ive owned

All came out at between €70 and €80

Reasonable market value would be between €500 an €3500 for them

I presume you are looking to just get rid, i.e. scrap your car? And nothing else

But to answer your question, I have never used them!

I checked the listed depot near me and they are 100% kosher, in business years.
I think the website is just a marketing tool that scrappers subscribe to.

I found them to be very good and professional.
After ringing around a few scrappies none would give me a penny even if i brought the car to them.
These guys gave me €30 and collected the next day. Nice fella too.
