Gas stove to solid fuel.

    Hi folks,
    Question I have a gas stove with a metal flue already inserted. I would like to change it to a solid fuel stove, can I use the metal flue already inserted for the solid fuel. The flue goes up and out of an existing fireplace. Would be most grateful for any advice.
