Warm stylish men's gloves?

Now that it's getting colder I was wondering if aynone has recommendations for gloves that REALLY keep your hands warm?
I get cold hands easily and have a few gloves, but none do the trick when it's colder than 5° and I'm outside for a while.
I'm looking for something a bit more stylish, preferrably knit, that I can wear with a pea coat etc. Don't want bike/ski gloves or mittens or the likes.
Last year I bought leather gloves with lambswool lining in H&M, I thought they'd be great but my hands were always frozen when I wore them...

I'd suggest, if your hands get that cold, then find the gloves with a battery operated warming function. They use a battery pack to warm up elements in the gloves.
Google "battery heated gloves" for a large selection.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll check them out, I don't know you could buy battery-operated gloves...

The trick with those I find is to not have cold hands going in. They won't heat up your hands but they do usually keep the heat IN. You really have to get leather gloves that almost feel too tight- loose leather gloved are pointless because they've too much space to let cold air circulate. Plus the leather will stretch as they wear in, so they need to be slightly uncomfortable when you first buy them, which is a bit counter intuitive.

You can also get silk glove liners which will keep all the wind-chill out. That's what always gets my hands into a bad state, but I've never found them easily. Usually my tight leather gloves or my much bulkier wool and fleece-lined guys do the job.

Just wanted to say thanks for the other suggestions. My leather gloves are on the large side, baby and crumble, so maybe that's where I went wrong, will see if I can get a tighter pair.
The gloves from the link are lovely, but quite pricey! I guess you get what you pay for...
