Samsung J5 Music transfer problem.

    Hi,

    When I try to transfer music files from my PC to the J5.
    All goes well, but later / overnight, the files/songs will not play.
    the following message shows

    Operation Failed.

    Java.lang.illegalStateException : songs cannot play.
    The media format may not be supported.
    And the songs are unplayable.

    I have checked the cd music file before I transfered it and it was all correct.
    After transfer to the j5, I check the listing and it's all there.
    Net time I go back it refuses to play and all the tracks show the message ..

    On a few occasions I have got the following.


    Can't play
    Please try again.
    0xcood36c4

    or even
    0x800700aa
    If the problem continues visit
    www.xbox.com/support to check for guidance...
    I don't have an xbox !!


    Can anyone throw any light in this and advise.

    All I seem to be doing is wasting my time.
    First time I put it down to inexperience but its now 6 / 7 / 8 times and allways the same result.
