amazon charge for adding card?

Do they refund the 1euro charge? I got in the habit of deleting the card as it was too easy to buy accidentaly I see they've taken a good few 1 euro payments

They do refund it yes. Get out of the habit of deleting it though, theres several screens to complete a purchase and if you somehow manage to buy something accidentally you can still cancel before it ships and if it does ship you have free returns.

They're all reversed and you shouldn't have to take any transaction fees for it - but beware of doing it if you've set the 'wrong' currency on a card deliberately. A £1 fee taken and refunded rather than reversed isn't going to be the same value and you'll lose a few cent each time.
