Swap? My Rollers for your Turbo?

Upcoming shoulder surgery has ruled out any possibility of using my rollers or cycling outside until the new year so was looking into a turbo trainer to keep me going for a while... Ive Elite Arion Mag Parabolic Resistance Rollers I've used probably for about 20 hours, in very good condition, that I was hoping to maybe swap for a decent turbo.

I have an Elite Qubo Fluid, similiar age/cost profile to yours as I got them early 2017 post knee surgery and then hit the roads from April onwards.
