Paternity Leave & Bank Holidays

Hi folks, does anyone know what the deal is with Paternity leave and Bank hols? My mrs is due at end of December and we're unsure if bank hols are included in paternity leave days or do we get to take another day instead of it?

no it's the same as holidays bank holiday is not included
