renting grass

    How much per acre would I get for renting out grass about 25 acres, goodish land

    There will be no maps with the land, as the land is in GLAS and I intend claiming the SFP

    So you're selling a crop of grass that can't be mown till after July 1?

    naw theres only 2.5 acres of it in GLAS

    Location is midlands

    Intensive dairy area here and any bits for silage is snaped up .
    The going rate is 100-120 1st cut and 40-50 second cut ,the farmer buying puts on the fert .It is expected it is cut sward used as fert!!!
