Hi everyone I have a 2011 renault kangoo currently has 151km on her there's full service history with it has been looked after by 1 previous owner before me.... the problem I'm having is when ideling and you rev it sometimes it won't go past 3000 rpm with pedal to the floor sometimes revs fine sometime won't go past 3000 rpm.... when engaged in gear 90% of time it won't rev past 3000 rpm don't know if it should or not when in gear does it in every gear .... another thing is it seems very sluggish at times for a 1.5 turbo diesel had a 1.2 fiat van before it and had way more life to it than the current kangoo now ... just wondering if anyone had a similar issue is would know what is going on .. thanks

Your cars in 'limp mode' . meaning the cars ecu has recorded a fault and preventing the car to rev too high to prevent any damage.
You,ll need an obd at minimum to know what the fault is.

It drives perfect tho ? There's no spluter or any lights showing on dash just seems very underpowered and the situation with not going above 3000rpm when engaged in gear and sometimes when ideling... Would limp mode make it very spluttery and show lights or am I wrong?

Also I have a receipt from a diagnostic machine that the dealer done on the vanwhen they got it in but I found it recently in with service history book and it had 3 error codes on it I don't know if they know I have it or not I know 1 code was for glow plugs I assume cause says something about heat .......maybe this might lead to some information on what was going on or what needed to be done.... these are the following 3 codes on the print out of the diagnostic receipt

    (df025)

    (df276)

    (df290)

These where the codes I found on the print out of the test I don't know what they mean any help would be really great to find out what is going on cause I have warranty with it and want to get it sorted before things get alot worse thanks

In my experience limp mode doesn't automatically mean the cars dash will light up like a Xmas tree and cough up smoke.
I think the point of limp mode is probably to prevent that from happening.
Quick Google search on the codes seem to show up with maybe a problem with glowplugs.
Injector one may need to be coded.
The last code I can't see anything about.
If it wasn't under warranty I'd get the codes wiped and drive and see what ones pop up again( wiping the codes will usually get it out of limp mode but doesn't mean the problem is fixed,it just 'tricks' the ecu into thinking its fixed until it picks up the fault again).
But since its under warranty I would just give it to the dealer and let them worry about it.

So Maybe a injector was replaced and not coded proper you think ? This is the actual receipt that's from the diagnostic test on the link below might make more sense
