After obtaining your GNIB card, are you required to notify immigration if you change your address? There doesn't appear to be any information on the website that I could find. If so, what is the process for doing so?

Do you live in Dublin or outside?

If outside, notify the Garda station. If inside, send INIS an email.

You may not get a response. OH changed his address and they never mentioned it upon renewal, just put down the address of the shared bill we had. No idea if they had record of his change of address but he did email them after his address changed.

I live in Dublin. I have sent INIS a couple emails before, but I have never heard any response from them. Not sure if their non-response is typical.

I also sent a couple of emails to change my address for GNIB and still haven't got any response.

Same here, sent an email to burghquayregoffice email address but didn't get a response.

Should I try sending a post to Dublin immigration bureau as well?

If you are passing Burgh Quay theres a form there at the door to fill and a box to drop them in, failing that you can email in the details.

If you are not in the Dublin Area ring your local station and ask to speak to the immigration officer and they will advise you of any local procedures
