    Min of 30 Power Bar gels. 41gms
    About 15 lemon and lime flavour.
    About 15 Blackcurrant caffeine (50mg caffeine)
    Dated for mid 2018 at the earliest.

    €20 plus an extra few quid if any poatage needed.

    An early finish to my season last year plus my wife not using nearly as many as I thought for her running exploits has left me with a good few.
