Power point on chimney breast

Hey all, quick one for youm we've been slowly doing up the house the last 2 years. Finally getting around to tackling our bedroom. The house is a terraced house, with 4 fireplaces, 2 downstairs, and 2 in 2 of the bedrooms. Only one fire is in use, with an insert installed.

So....in our bedroom, I want to put a power socket on the chimney breast to eventually hang a TV there. I plan on chasing the walls, drilling out the section, putting in the conduit, fixing the socket, and having it ready for when we get the electrician in at some stage to connect it. It'll be to the either side of the chimney to the front. Anyone see any issues with this?
