Renewing expired learner permit

    My issue date was 07. 08. 14, the permit expired on 29. 07. 16. Can I just renew or will I have to take the theory test again?

    Just renew.

    Is it your first renewal ie second permit?

    You're fine then, you don't need to have applied for a test or anything.

    I have an expired C learner permit. Expired in may this year. Does the info above hold true for C as well as B classes ?

    Yes indeed. Any learner permit categories can be renewed as long as they have not been expired for 5 years or more regardless of whether they are group 1 or group 2 categories.
