    Signed up yesterday to Eir mobile,I explicitly requested the 30 day contract at €30 per month.On downloading the app and entering my details I have noticed that I am on an 18 month contract.Can you please explain?

    I was told by the agent to ignore what it said regarding an 18 month contract on logging in to the app! I am not totally confident in what he told me and would appreciate if you could look into it.Thank you
