All depending of size. If you build up to 230 square meters you pay 50 Euro per square meter, 56 Euro above this.

We built 4 years ago, 283sqm (3050 sqf) and paid around 20000 euro. Now it looks like the Development Contribution would be: 15 848 Euro, so it has gone down it looks like. Still mad money!!
