Anyone else having sues with Sky in Limerick or Tipperary area. I am getting an error saying no satellite signal bent received. All connections seem good so think it is on sky side but their support is a disaster and can't get through

Your dish has moved during recent storm.

storm related issue maybe, dish out of alignment
Get a local installer to check it out, quicker than Sky.

As the above posters have said it's more than likely your dish. Just double check that the cables are tight on the back and reboot the box.

If it's a sky hd box that you have and it is out of warranty then there will be a minimum call out charge of €60. Call sky and ask to cancel. They will waive the fee.

There is quite a wait for their technicians at the moment. Some people are being told November at the earliest.

It's back and sorted. Sky had an issue but never informed us even though I contacted them
