Budget 500 euro. Does that spec look OK? I'm not exactly sure how the PC will be used, so let's say it's forgeneral use + light gaming.

It's absolutely terrible (for that purpose). The only games it would be suitable for would be Minecraft and similar. That 'graphics card' is a media card designed to add HDMI connectivity and some hardware decoding, it's not meant for games and cannot really play games either.

I don't have time to check right now but even buying new you can get way, way better machines than that. Everything is wrong with that PC - super low-end processor (with very little upgrade potential either on that platform), super low end graphics.

Companies should not be allowed market these sort of machines as 'Gaming' PCs.
