    Hi Guys,

I have, I own a headlight with a projector lens, I'm not really happy with the amount of light they output.

After talking with my mechanic, he said it might be projector lens that is burned and need to be replaced.

Anybody knows is there any company around Co. Cork that does the projector lens renovation? Its not the problem with the bulbs. I've tried xenon, nightbreakers etc etc...

Avensis by any chance? Your best bet is to try and source replacement lights from a breakers.

I have HID 5000k installed for the moment and by looking at them they look more like a yellow by looking at the lens. Went the car is closer to wall it looks more yellow then white but when its dark it does show white light but more like they would work on around 3/4 energy. Not on full power.

Yep, T25 from 2004. Would it be worth looking for the one's before FL or look at the ones after FL?

Will the after FL ones fit? I'm not sure they will. There's no point in trying to do anything with your existing lights they're toast. Try pricing a pair of spurious ones from an auto factors, they might be cheaper than you think. That model Avensis is getting scarce in the breakers now but you might get lucky, just check them very carefully that they aren't as bad as your own!!

Think you need to fit the FL bumper to make the FL headlights fit?

I think the reflectors can be refurbished but requires the lamp to be dismantled (someone correct me if I have that wrong)

If yellow on the covers have you tried polishing the yellow haze away?
