Ski boot repair

    Urgent help needed
    I have been skiing for 30 years - a bunion on big toe has put a complete stop to skiing PAIN!
    Do you know anybody who knows a bit about working in hard plastics = ski boot.
    I need a piece cut out and replaced so that the bunion is no longer rubbing!
    I have tried lots of ski boot fitters - bought new boots etc.
    This is my last resort.
