Aer Lingus check in baggage

Am traveling to Budapest in a few weeks. I am not checking in luggage on the flight over just bringing cabin baggage. But am wondering if I do some shopping over there and find that I need to check in a bag for the return flight can I do so when I am in Budapest or do I have to do this before I go? Can't find anything on the website. Thanks.

You can add a bag on the return leg up to two hours before departure at the discounted online rate. Otherwise you pay full whack at the airport.

Also download the app for checking in, would have saved me about half an hour, there were lots of self-service machines available to weigh my bag had I used the app to check in online.
