Looking at maybe buying a log splitter this side of Christmas. Planning to take down 5 big trees between mid Nov and Christmas

    I'm looking at a few

Hand engineering (local to me) (next door to dromone and they zero grazer)
    Multec
    Malone
    Keltec
    Any others ?

Any feedback from your own experience on any of the above or other?

And price you paid and where and what year.

Have one identical to the malone one....but bought it through a friend

But can't fault it,has been some serious pressure on it and table etc hasn't bent any bit atal

Is little slow etc working, but I assume it's a safety flow restricter built Into the valve.....100% can't fault it and it's split the world of stuff that's been left at back of houses etc for years that the hatchet and wedges wouldn't split
