    Hi
I currently have a tracker mortgage with Boi approx 10 yes.
I'm wondering if I can top up to build on and if so would I lose my tracker?
    Thanks

    Hi waybuloo,

    Thanks for your post.

When you apply for an Equity Release to "top up" your mortgage, this will not impact the current mortgage held. So this will mean that you will not your tracker mortgage. If you wish to apply for this top up, please get in touch with our Mortgage Specialist team on 0818200339 and they will be happy to go through this application with you.

    Thanks,
    Sarah

The top up will not be under the tracker, and will be a separate fixed/variable rate ?

    Hi scuby,

That's correct. You can view the fixed and variable rate options available for the equity release top up here.

    Thanks
    Tara
