Issue with text messages

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my text messages, I am sending them to people, they are showing as sent (and delivery report received) yet if you look at that person's mobile, they haven't received it

This was happening sporadically for a while. But now it's happening to more people and more messages

What could the problem be?

(I've checked all the settings are correct as per your site etc) and all is well. And some people still get them fine (eg my sister), but the majority don't (my mother, husband, friends)

Can they send them to you? Are they all on the same network? Can they receive messages from other people?

 Yes they can send to me, we are all on Meteor (now Eir) and they can receive messages from everyone but me
