A friend brought their freezer here as they are without power, a turkey in it with best before date Dec 2013 it was fresh when it was purchased
They told me to give it to someone for dogs, I have defrosted it and it smells perfect

I am thinking of cooking it and chance eating it,

am I mad? I was brought up in an era of waste not want not:mad:

Any one with experience or suggestions I would be most thankful

4 years in a freezer, bin it.

4 years in a freezer, eat it.

Might not be the most perfect with regard to flavour and texture but it is perfectly safe.
