Just wondering what Tax Credits can a Director claim? Is it only the €950 earned income credit or are they entitled to an additional €1650. I know of someone who is asking and I can't see to find out. His wife is currently in PAYE employment and using all available credits.

A proprietary director can't get the PAYE Cr so the earned income credit is limited that is available.

So only the earned income credit is all they are entitled to and not even the personal credit?

Well you said the wife is using all available credits, which would include the husband's personal credit.
